Hurricane Preparation 5pm Thursday

The Fleet Captain is requesting that all members come down on Thursday at 5pm to help with lashing down boats in preparation of potential hurricane and high winds.  If you cannot be there at 5pm, please come down anytime between Thursday and Friday morning to secure your boat.  If you have any questions or concerns please reply to this email or contact the fleet captain.

Postponed: Herbicide Treatment for August 30th Postponed

Unfortunately, due to an unexpected permitting issue with DCR, we will need to postpone the herbicidal treatment around the yacht clubs originally scheduled for Monday, August 30.  We are now working with our contractor (Aquatic Control Technology) to identify a few alternative dates in early- to mid-September when they could conduct the spraying.  Once we've identified those dates, I'll forward them to you so we can reach consensus on an application date that works best for all of the clubs.
