The next regular meeting will be held on Monday June 2
nd at 7:00 P.M.
ALL
BOATS WILL BE IN THE WATER BY MAY 15TH, THIS IS PER ORDER OF THE MEDFORD FIRE DEPARTMENT. THERE WILL BE NO EXCUSE
FOR ANY BOAT TO REMAIN IN THE YARD AFTER THIS DATE.
All Jack Stands,
Blocks and personnel items must also be removed from the yard by May 15th. Please clean the area around where your
boat was stored before this date.
Slip assignments are posted in
the club; make sure your boat is in its assigned slip. Any Members boat not in its assigned slip will be suspended until they
come before the B.O.D., per order of the Fleet Captain. The Fleet Captain is the only person authorized to make any changes.
Mooring Pennants at the end of each finger where the boats are assigned
must be utilized to protect these fingers and main floats by all boats.
There
will be a Ballot Vote taken at this meeting to make the Club House a Smoke Free Zone. This Vote if it passes will cause the
existing rule regarding smoking in the inner club house to be dropped.
The
Blessing of The Fleet will be held on Saturday June the 14th, 2008. The breakfast will be the same as last year
and served between 8:00 A.M. till 10:00 A.M. Please sign up on the sheet posted in the club. Thee Deadline for signing up
is June 7th, 2008.
