The next regular meeting will be held on Monday September 8th at 7:00 P.M.

 

The R.Y.C. Web Site currently under development should be up and operating by the first of 2009.

 

SECURITY of the club and property is ALWAYS a PRIORITY for all members.

 

NO BOATS ARE TO BE STORED IN THE YARD WITHOUT THE EXPRESS PERMISSION OF THE COMMODORE.

 

The Commodore welcomes all members E-Mail opinions regarding the possibilities of using a crane or trailer for boat haul out.

 

R.Y.C. is planning another night at the Panda Palace on Friday September 12th, 2008. A sign-up sheet will be posted in the club house until Tuesday September 9th, 2008. The last night we had at the Panda was a great success so come and join us.

RIVERSIDE YACHT CLUB

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

MEETING NOTES

AUGUST 5, 2008

All Board Members Present Except James Harris:

 Meeting called to order at 7:15 P.M.

 1)      All bills/invoices were reviewed and approved.

2)      Ed Carnes was charged for work hours. The B.O.D. will allow him to install a Web Site for RYC to satisfy his work hour commitment by the end of 2008.

3)      RYC Members who have not paid commitments to the club will be fined $50.00.

4)      The B.O.D. discussed the plans for the new club house, as well as the permitting process to accomplish the construction.

5)      A motion was made and passed to donate $55.00 to the Medford Mustangs Football Team.

6)   John Beucler came before the B.O.D. and after a discussion it was decided that John would be allowed to pay $500.00 on his commitments now and the rest by September 1st, 2008. He has until August 20th, 2008 to get his boat seaworthy so as to pass an inspection by our Fleet Captain.

The meeting was adjourned at 10:20 P.M.
